I am an easy going, fun girl to live with who enjoys a night in with friends as well as a night out. I am looking to rent my second bedroom out. It's a double bedroom in a small two bed flat, with a living room and separate kitchen. I am only looking for females to rent to. The flat is in Trinity, which has excellent bus services into the town centre and the universities. It takes 15mins to Princess Street. It's in a very quiet, safe area with pleasant views. I am looking for 300pounds a month, plus a share of the bills. This flat is available to students and professionals, but any professionals may have to pay council tax.
